Show information
Our first cat show experience will always hold a special place in our hearts. We attended the WCF Cat Show in Cluj-Napoca with Princess Lupita, our very first Transylvanian cat and a beloved rescue from the streets of Baia Mare, Romania.
Although we did not bring home any titles or awards, the experience was truly unforgettable. The most meaningful moment for us was seeing Lupita officially recognised as a representative of the Transylvanian cat breed. It was a proud and emotional milestone in our journey.
Princess Lupita is not a show-quality cat in the traditional sense, but she has something even more precious: a remarkable story, a wonderful temperament, and a special place in our family. She reminds us that every cat deserves love and appreciation, regardless of ribbons or trophies.
This first show was about much more than winning. It was about learning, meeting fellow cat enthusiasts, celebrating this unique Romanian breed, and sharing Lupita’s incredible journey from street rescue to ambassador of the Transylvanian cat.
Every great journey has a beginning, and ours started with Princess Lupita.
